As part of a planned rotation, all independent members of the Ozon Board of Directors – Peter Sirota, Nilesh Lakhani, Lydia Jatt and Charles Ryan – have left the board.
Representatives of Vostok Investments, Elena Ivashentseva and Dmitry Kamensky, also left the Ozon board of directors. They were replaced by Kirill Lykov (Deputy General Director of T Plus) and Alexander Rogovoy (former Vice President of Rostelecom).
Ozon is considering candidates for independent director positions, but does not disclose the full composition of the board of directors. According to the latest information, it includes AFK Sistema President Tagir Sitdekov, AFK Sistema Managing Partner Alexey Katkov, and Ozon CFO Igor Gerasimov.
Ozon has started operating in Azerbaijan .
