The investment already has its first tenant. It is Nodium Group, the owner of Sport-Shop.pl – one of the largest online sports stores in Poland. There is still nearly 7,000 sq m of space available for rent, which can be used by companies from the automotive, e-commerce, logistics and even light industry sectors.
Panattoni Park Bieruń I will be certified using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. It will be equipped with numerous energy and water-saving solutions, which will translate into lower operating costs for tenants. The roof of the facility will be reinforced for the photovoltaic installation, and the park will include bicycle spaces and electric car charging stations.
