At the end of June 2024, Alexander Mosyakin received a 25% stake in Eureka LLC. The entrepreneur could consolidate the share of its co-founder, former co-owner of the Gross Plants Group (Slavyanskaya vodka), Renat Khuzin, who left the company’s founders. Mosyakin also owns 25% in Yaroslavl Distillery LLC (YALVZ).
Evrika LLC was founded in 2014. Shares in it, in addition to Mosyakin, belong to the ex-head of Sberbank Andrey Kazmin (12.5%), Alla Kazmina (37.6%), Alexander Brinzy (14.9%) and PSK-Resheniya LLC (10% ). The latter is owned by Kirill Polishkin (50.04%), Jan Weizmann (24.98%) and Zalina Zangieva (24.98%).
On the balance sheet of Eureka are the rights to the Organika, Organika Life and consonant trademarks. A source familiar with the situation believes that the value of Eureka brands is 150–300 million rubles. Thus, 25% in the company can be estimated at 37.5–75 million rubles.
