Fruit and vegetable producer organizations recognized by the director of the regional branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and associations of fruit and vegetable producer organizations with recognition status granted by the president of ARiMR may apply for co-financing for projects included in the operational plan. Support can be obtained for the implementation of activities included in the operational program in the field of the following interventions:
- I.7.1 – Improving the infrastructure for planning and organizing production, adapting production to demand in terms of quality and quantity, optimizing production costs and return on investment, and stabilizing prices for fruit and vegetable producers
- I.7.2 – Improvement of technical equipment used to concentrate supplies and place products on the fruit and vegetable market
- I.7.3 – Information, promotion and marketing activities in relation to products, brands and trademarks of fruit and vegetable producer organizations
- I.7.4 – Withdrawal of fruit and vegetables from the market
- I.7.5 – Actions to protect the environment and mitigate climate change
- I.7.6 – Research and development
The aid will be paid for a period of 3-7 years – depending on the duration of the implementation of the operational program. The refund level is up to 50%. expenses incurred for approved activities, and the amount of funding will be equal to the amount of contributions paid to the operational fund.
At the same time, support will not exceed:
- 4.1 percent WPS (value of products sold) by the producer organization in the reference period* or 4.6%. – provided that the surplus of 0.5% is used. WPS for crisis prevention and risk management, promotion and marketing, environmental protection or research and development;
- 4.5 percent WPS by the association of producer organizations in the reference period* or 5%. – provided that the surplus of 0.5% is used. WPS for crisis prevention and risk management, promotion and marketing, environmental protection or research and development.
