The ADMA AWARDS competition program includes two categories of nominations : 26 nominations in the category of goods and services and 26 special nominations. The main nominations accept projects that have demonstrated effectiveness in the field of marketing and communications in their product category in the period from January 1, 2022 to September 26, 2024. The special nominations accept projects from different industries / product categories that have demonstrated effectiveness in various business situations during the specified period depending on the strategic challenge, marketing goals, approaches to their implementation and other factors.
The ADMA AWARDS is held according to international standards for evaluating marketing effectiveness. To participate in the Award, you must provide a Text Application Form and creative materials (video case/presentation/key visuals) in accordance with the technical requirements. Filling out competition applications is a fascinating story during which participants have the opportunity to analyze the results of their work and be inspired to new achievements. When preparing cases, a number of questions may arise, including how to correctly design projects so that the jury members can appreciate them. It should be taken into account that one of the main tasks of the participant is to provide the jury with information confirming the real effectiveness of the project. To do this, it is important for participants to convey in the competition application what inspired them to achieve, how they built their brand and what they did to develop their business. Below are general recommendations for participation in the Award.
When filling out the Text Application Form , you must carefully consider the specified criteria and assessment weight, as well as the application questions.
The jury evaluates 10-14 cases per session, highlighting concise, convincing and professionally written cases.
Jury members typically do not work in the category where they are judging projects and may not be familiar with some brands. It is important to provide the judges with context to explain the complexity of the task at hand and the importance of the results achieved.
The jury evaluates the work for effectiveness in the context of the declared category. It is important to ensure that the declared goal and results coincide.
It is recommended that you write your case with the audience in mind – the ADMA AWARDS jury members. The judges expect to see a well-written, engaging story that ties each section of the Text Entry Form together. The jury will be critical of the work – it is recommended that you answer any questions they might have.
After completing the competition application, you can ask colleagues who do not work on the brand to review the completed Text Application Form to check for any controversial situations. Ask a proofreader to check the case.
The creative materials/video case should reflect the way the idea was implemented, including the creative, communication, media strategies and the work itself. The case should not include the content of the Text Application Form, as this is a way to show the jury the implementation of the project as it was presented to the market. The results of the campaign are not allowed to be included in the creative materials. The jury will read and evaluate the Text Application Form before viewing the creative materials and will be aware of the stated goals, problems, strategies and results. The purpose of the video case (or presentation) is to show how the idea was implemented.
Based on the results of the ADMA AWARDS 2024, in accordance with the ACMA Regulation , the Brand Efficiency Rating , Agency Efficiency Rating and Personal Marketers Rating will be announced. Presence in the ratings is an indicator of high professional skills, competencies and efficiency of members of the professional marketing community, confirmed by high project performance indicators in the Belarusian market and beyond. The award ceremony for the winners of the ADMA AWARDS 2024 will be held on November 6 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minsk.
