A system for collecting “feedback” from business will be launched in 30 Russian regions in September 2024, Izvestia writes.

It is planned to implement this system everywhere by the end of 2025. According to the authorities, the platform will help identify current issues that concern the business community. As Deputy Minister of Economic Development Murat Kerefov said on the sidelines of the Caucasus Investment Forum, in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the country and regions, it is necessary to understand what issues concern investors and what problems they face when implementing investment projects.
To implement the initiative, the Ministry of Economic Development, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, developed a classifier of requests, Kerefov said. It included seven categories: investor support and support, personnel, roads, construction, utility networks, real estate, ecology and environmental management.
Simple business inquiries will be answered within 10 days, while more complex consultations may take 30 days. Investment committees will process applications.
The system will operate on the basis of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services. The first to implement it will be the Republics of Bashkortostan, Crimea, Sakha (Yakutia), Udmurtia, Tatarstan, Krasnodar, Khabarovsk, Perm Territories, Belgorod, Vologda, Volgograd, Kaliningrad, Kurgan, Kaluga, Kursk, Moscow, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Oryol, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Rostov, Sakhalin, Chelyabinsk, Tula, Tyumen, Yaroslavl regions, as well as Moscow and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
