A commercial and service facility, the format of which will be adapted to convenient, everyday shopping, will be built in Nowa Ruda at ul. Colonel Józef Sokół. Provincial road No. 381 runs near the investment, connecting Nowa Ruda with Wałbrzych and Kłodzko, which is one of the main communication arteries in the city. This location of the facility will enable convenient access both for the inhabitants of the city and the entire district with over 160,000 inhabitants. inhabitants.

The investment in Nowa Ruda is a very important project for us. The investment will include the construction of three commercial and service buildings with a total leasable area of 5,700 sq m. There will be ten establishments of well-known and popular brands, with entrances directly from the parking lot. There will be 155 parking spaces prepared for customers with cars.

Biedronka in Nowa Ruda

The retail park in Nowa Ruda enjoys great interest from both Polish and foreign companies. One of the tenants will be the largest chain of discount stores in Poland – Biedronka. The remaining premises will be intended for companies, including: from the drugstore, clothing and interior design industries.

– Thanks to this selection of tenants, the park's commercial offer will be complementary, and customers will be able to do all the necessary shopping in one place – says Henryk Pichłacz, general partner of PKB Inwest Budowa.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of this year, and the facility is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025.

This is another retail park developed by PKB Inwest Budowa. Over the course of 20 years, the company has completed 32 investments throughout Poland, some of which are still in the company's portfolio, and others were sold to external partners.
