Araxes OÜ is purchasing the stores of OÜ Regalia Kaubandus, which is leaving the alcoholic beverages retail market.
According to the merger notice, Regalia owns 12 stores specializing in the sale of alcoholic beverages. Currently, the Araxes chain has 38 alcohol stores, 30 of which are located in Tallinn, three in Kohtla-Järve, two in Narva, two in Sillamäe and one in Maardu.
The sole owner of Araxes OÜ is Estonian entrepreneur Hovakim Azarumyan. According to the 2022 annual report, the company had sales of 31.3 million euros and profits of almost 700,000 euros.
Azarumyan received 120,000 euros in dividends from the company. The company has not yet filed its 2023 annual report.
