The Polish company has over 100 shoe stores in shopping malls

The Brawo company operates nationwide, has over 100 of its own showrooms in the largest Polish cities in large shopping centers, as well as several stores operating under franchise agreements.
The company's financial situation in 2023 was good and did not differ significantly compared to the previous reporting period.

Ryłko achieves profits of PLN 23.5 million

The company achieved sales revenues of PLN 309 million, which is an increase of 14% compared to the previous year. Net profit amounted to PLN 23.5
PLN million (PLN 26.1 million in 2022).

The company plans to allocate the profit achieved for the further development of the company.
The balance sheet total of assets and liabilities at the end of 2023 amounted to PLN 148 million. The liquidity ratio is 2.91, which indicates good financial liquidity.

Ryłko about a brand with traditions

The history of the Ryłko brand dates back to the end of the 19th century, when the brother of the founder's great-grandfather – Stanisław Ryłko – opened the first shoemaker's shop in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. In 1964, Stanisław Ryłko founded his own company – initially dealing only with men's shoes. Shortly afterwards, the company also began to create women's shoes.

Polish footwear market

From last year's data from the Polish Chamber of Leather Industry, we can learn that Poland was then 45th in the world in footwear production. Consumption is: 149 million pairs of shoes in 2022, 30th in the world.

Poland ranked 10th in the world in footwear exports and 11th in the world in footwear imports.

– The leather and footwear industry is a significant part of the TCLF sector, which is becoming a very important component of the EU economy. Numerous programs and projects related to vocational education, employment, environmental protection and conversion to a closed-loop sector in the economy are being created for it – PIPS reports.
