The company "Stroysetresurs" will build a sewing factory in the urban district of Podolsk on a plot of land provided under the program "Land for 1 ruble", reports the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

Stroysetresurs is investing 96 million rubles in the launch of a new import-substituting enterprise. The production and warehouse complex with an area of 1,800 square meters, including the production itself, warehouses, administrative, business and auxiliary premises, will be built on a land plot of 1.7 hectares. The rate of one ruble per year will be maintained for the entire term of the lease agreement. The company plans to begin construction of the production and warehouse complex in the second quarter of 2025.
“The company expects to put the complex into operation and release its first products in 2027,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva .
The new enterprise will produce dresses, skirts, blouses, scarves, ties, underwear, knitwear, as well as items for small children and sportswear. The enterprise will be able to replace the products of foreign companies that have left the Russian market.
