The tragic accident occurred in Zagródki, in the Potok Górny commune, Biłgoraj County (Lublin Voivodeship). As a result of a collision between an agricultural tractor and a motorcycle, the 21-year-old driver of the two-wheeler died on the spot.
According to the police, the collision occurred when the driver of the Ursus tractor was crossing provincial road No. 863 and did not give way. As a result of the crash, the motorcycle smashed into the tractor, which in turn broke in half.
The 21-year-old motorcycle driver died at the scene of the accident despite resuscitation efforts. It turned out that he did not have a license to drive a motorcycle at all. The 64-year-old tractor driver did not suffer serious injuries. The man was sober, but was banned from driving any motor vehicles. The prosecutor's office is investigating the circumstances and causes of this accident.
