Pasaż Kępiński, Pasaż Grodziski and Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński (currently OTO Park Golub-Dobrzyń) are already in the hands of a new owner. The Falcon Investment Management investment fund bought them from Refield for over PLN 150 million.
