At the beginning of July, the European Commission agreed, in accordance with the EU merger regulation, for Drosed Holding SA based in Poland to take over exclusive control over Indykpol SA. Drosed is a subsidiary of the LDC Group based in France.
The transaction mainly concerns the markets for the production and trade of poultry meat and poultry products.
