On June 28, 2024, a conditional contract for the performance of construction works was concluded between PA NOVA SA based in Gliwice as the Contractor and Auto Brzezińska based in Łódź as the ordering party.
The subject of the contract is the construction of a retail park with accompanying infrastructure.
The lump sum remuneration for construction is approximately 5%. revenues of the PA NOVA capital group.
The parties agreed on the completion date of the works as May 22, 2025.
The contract was concluded subject to the condition precedent that the contractor obtain the final construction permit for the ordering party by September 16, 2024.
