A 54-year-old man was killed by a bull while he was working in a cow pen. The furious animal gored and knocked the man down, then trampled him underfoot.
"The Air Ambulance crew was dispatched to the scene, but despite the efforts of the medical personnel, the man's life could not be saved," we read in a police statement.
The circumstances of the tragic event are being investigated by Radzyń police. The body of the 54-year-old has been secured for an autopsy.
