Kati Varblane explained that Vormsi is the largest small island in Estonia, and although the population is small, there is several times more managed infrastructure per inhabitant than in other islands. She explained that the development goals of the municipality are ambitious and their implementation largely depends on the possibility of receiving various project grants. "It should also be taken into account that in the case of a small team, the responsibility of the municipality manager is great."
