The house where President Arnold Ruutel once lived is up for sale. The building is located in the capital's Nõmme district at Kaare 10, writes Kroonika. This two-story stone house with a net area of 298.1 m² is located on a landscaped plot and is surrounded by private houses and developed infrastructure. In the 50s, the building was renovated and began to be used for government needs.
