From 1 January 2025 year the minimum pay increased to level 4666 zl gross, which means an increase by 366 zl gross for employees earning the lowest remuneration. At the same time further increase is visible in the costs of employees.

– Mathematics is inexorable. The condition of many entrepreneurs, especially in trade, industry or in the service sector depends on worker costs. Year to year we have recorded a consecutive, significant increase in minimum pay. Today in Poland a job costs the employer a minimum 5600 zlotys. Exactly 5621 zl costs the employer a full-time employee, even if that receives net slightly over 3500 zł – says Hanna Mojsiuk, president of Northern Izba Business in Szecin.

Entrepreneurs have been noticing for many months, that the system increases the minimum wage requires major corrections. The first change that we requested was the cancellation of the increase of minimum wage two times in the year. This postulate has been accepted by governors, a which entrepreneurs are grateful.

the GDP of a country. If we continue to burden enterprises with increasing employment costs firms
will have to transfer their services and products. This starts a chain reaction. We must find
