This week, the Labour Inspectorate will send emails to more than 22,000 micro-enterprises that have not yet submitted a work environment risk analysis, which is mandatory for every enterprise with at least one employee. More than 90% of small, medium and large enterprises have completed the risk analysis and uploaded it to the Labour Inspectorate self-service environment, while only 40% of micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees have done so.
