Applications for subsidies for used seed material of the basic or certified category or organic seed material of the basic or certified category are accepted by the ARiMR district offices competent for the place of residence or registered office of the agricultural producer. Documents can be submitted in person, via the ePUAP platform, mObywatel platform or sent by registered mail sent to a Poczta Polska branch.

Support for whom?
Agricultural producers who can apply for support include:
- are registered in the national system of registering producers, registering farms and registering applications for payments;
- they have agricultural plots on which species of cultivated plants covered by subsidies are grown, with a total area of not less than 1 ha;
Subsidies do not cover crops intended for forecrop or catch crop.
The aid amount will be calculated as the product of the crop area declared by the farmer in the application and the subsidy rate.
What are the subsidy rates for the qualification?
The rates are:
– for conventional seed:
- PLN 65 – in the case of cereals and cereal mixtures or fodder mixtures;
- PLN 115 – in the case of legumes;
- PLN 350 – for potatoes.
– for organic seed:
- PLN 78 – in the case of cereals and cereal mixtures or fodder mixtures;
- PLN 138 – in the case of legumes;
- PLN 420 – for potatoes.
We would like to remind you that the support is de minimis aid in agriculture. The total amount granted to one agricultural producer may not exceed EUR 20,000 over a period of three fiscal years.
